Use spray primer like Kilz. Probably two good coats. Then use  
princess minnie
a mildew resitent latex paint. Your good to go.

no i dont think so. Go to Joanne fabrics and ask them. They do  
NuNu
make paints for fabrics and maybe you can but i never heard of it before.
